Manufacturing Process

Welded pipe diameter φ508-φ1422mm, welded pipe length 8-12.5m, up to ×120 steel grade, when the steel grade is ×80, the maximum wall thickness is 40mm; when the yield strength is ≤346MPa, the maximum wall thickness is 60mm; annual output of straight seams Submerged arc welded pipes can reach 400,000 tons.

It is mainly used for the transportation of land, marine oil and gas, heat, coal slurry, ore slurry and other media, as well as offshore platforms, power stations, chemical industry and urban construction structures.
